Fritsch – Pulversette № 7 Premium line

Three types of planetary ball mills: Fritsch Pulverisette 6 classical line (1996), Fritsch Pulverisette 7 premium line (2008) and Fritsch (2010) are available in IGIC.

Fritsch Pulverisette 6 classical line has one position of grinding bowl, while ball mill Pulverisette 7 premium line operates with two positions of grinding bowls.

The above mentioned ball mills can be used for the fine grinding, homogeneity, amourphization and direct mechanochemical synthesis of multifunctional materials.

The maximum rotation speed of the mills is 700 and 1100 rpm for the ball mill Pulverisette 6 classical line and for Pulverisette 7 premium line, respectively. The conditions of milling like: the number and duration of cycles of the grinding and pauses, change of the direction of activation, media of grinding: in dry, in suspension or in the inert gas, can be controlled automatically. Grinding is possible to proceed in a different gas environment and milling vessels of various materials – stainless steel, agate and tungsten carbide.
